Refund Policy for Purchase of New E-Bikes

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 3 days and we'll replace it, or give you a refund as long as there is no more than 10 miles on the ebike, and no damage to it, or scratches.  Beyond 3 days, there will be a re-stocking fee of 15% of the purchase price, and fees for any wear and tear- no exceptions. Maximum return window is 10 days. After 10 days all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.  E-Bike must be returned to the store prior to any refund, and buyer assumes all costs of the transportation return of the e-bike to the store. All items must have original tags, chargers, tools, accessories, etc if they were part of original purchase included as part of the e-bike return. If there is notable or extensive use on the E-Bike when in the 3 day or 10 day return period, a price deduction off the full refund, in addition to the 15% re-stocking charge, will be made based on Store Owner assessment of wear and tear, and mileage, prior to refunding your money.  Any ebike with user caused damage is not eligible for a return or refund !  Any ebike that receives a discount off MSRP, is not eligible for a return or refund of any kind. 


Refund Policy for Purchase of E-Bike Conversion Kits

We stand behind everything we sell. However with E-Bike Conversion Kits, once they are installed on your bike, we cannot provide any refunds.  Any warranty will apply during the specified period that is on your invoice.  Warranty for batteries will be pro-rated during the 1 year period.  Improper use of the ebike conversion kit, such as over recommended speeds, excessive hill climbing on trails, excessive use of throttle, signs of improper battery charging will not be covered.  Consumables such as spokes, motor controller, any chains, brake pads, cables, wiring, and existing bike components are excluded from coverage.   We reserve the right to refuse installation of conversion kit, if existing bike or trike has signs of too much wear and tear, corrosion, or other items that could lead to unsafe operation.  We also do not take responsibility for any component on the bike or trike that may have a defect, or for inspecting it, and deeming it to be safe.  Buyer assumes all risks for quality and safety of the bike prior to conversion, and after conversion.
